After The Funeral
Even if the funeral has already taken place, there are still many things to plan and consider, but you may do this at your own pace and whenever you feel ready. Keep in mind that Greaves Funeral Services is available to you at all times, including after the funeral. If we can be of any help, please don’t hesitate to ask.
If cremated remains exist, you can often pick them up from the crematorium within one business day. You can even ask us to take care of them until you’re ready to pick them up if you like.
After a burial, before headstone arrangements are made, you can decide to have a temporary grave marker.
There are many practical matters that need to be handled about the deceased person’s estate, including closing bank accounts, selling homes, dealing with clothing and other belongings, changing bills, and even applying for probate.
